I’m a Minnesota girl who got her start at Le Cordon Bleu, where I fell in love with the art of cooking and entertaining. From hosting dinner parties to working as a chef, food has always been my love language. But like many great detours, life brought me west—and I spent over a decade immersed in California’s cannabis industry.
After years of hustle and burnout, I craved something that felt like me again. Something casual, nostalgic, and delicious. That’s when I came back to what I’ve always known; with the beauty of a snack plate, the comfort of fridge-foraged meals, and the joy of feeding people—whether it’s a fancy party or just Tuesday night.
